Shipping & Delivery
Netherlands and Belgium shipping can take up to 3 - 5 business days.
Germany shipping could take up to 4 - 10 business days.
Shipping is free for all orders.
If your package goes missing during shipping, contact us, and we’ll do everything we can to help track it down. If it's marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier for further assistance.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for covering shipping and handling costs for returns. Once the returned product arrives at our facility and passes inspection, your refund will be processed. Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom-made or discounted items.
Cancellations are usually not possible as production begins immediately after you place the order. Still, if you contact us quickly, we’ll see if it can be canceled before production starts.
