The bigger, the better! We use state-of-the-art software to enhance the quality of photos, but having a high-resolution photo from the start is a big plus! Images with at least 1500 pixels on the smallest side would be great.
We want to make sure everyone is happy with their artwork. That’s why you’ll get 3 rounds of revisions. During these rounds, you can tell us what you’d like to change, and we’ll take care of it. If you need more than 3 rounds, we can do additional revisions at extra cost.
No, the customized artwork is a high-resolution digital file suitable for printing. If you decide to print your customized artwork, you’ll receive a 25% discount on the print.
It takes 5–10 business days to complete the artwork.
If we haven’t started creating your artwork, you can cancel your order. Once we’ve started, cancellation is no longer possible.
